Description

We manufacture high temperature Furnaces like Laboratory Muffle Furnace, High Temperature Muffle Furnace 900°C, which can be operated continuous at 800°C for wide range of laboratory and industrial applications.

Digiqual Muffle Furnace: comprises of an Outer chamber fabricated out of thick cold rolled mild steel sheets, Rectangular in shape placed horizontally with opening in the front. Refractory Muffle of required size forms the inner chamber. This is surrounded by ceramic fiber blankets on all the four sides and the rear to reduce heat losses to a minimum.

The chamber is provided with a single Vertical door/ Front Opening Door with 100mm thick ceramic fiber insulation mounted on heavy duty hinges and provided with latch. The Muffle furnace is heated by Kanthal A1 heating coils wound in spiral form on the muffle embedded in high grade refractory cement and backed by ceramic fibre blankets.
