Description
The Digiqual Rectangular Laboratory SS Top Hotplates are made of SS 304 & MS powder coated. The Top Plate of our Hotplate is fabricated out of 5 mm Thick SS 304 plate at TIG welded on all sides-Heavy Duty Model. Outer Body made of MS Powder coated. Heating element we are using is Kanthal A1 Bleeded wire for Long Life, The maximum temperature of the Hotplate is 250°C.
These hot plates typically feature Ceramic-coated surfaces for efficient heat transfer and chemical resistance. Some advanced models come with integrated magnetic stirrers, allowing simultaneous stirring and heating. The Control Panel consist of Digital PID Controller with Timer, Solid State Relay, and Mineral Insulated High Temperature Thermocouple.
