Vacuum Oven

Description

Constructed with a double-walled design for strength and insulation.
The inner chamber is made of stainless steel (SS 304) for corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
The outer body is fabricated using powder-coated mild steel or stainless steel as per customer specifications.
The gap between the walls is filled with high-grade insulation (glass wool or ceramic wool) to minimize heat loss and maintain uniform internal temperature.

Heating is achieved through uniformly distributed heating elements placed around the chamber (outside the inner lining), ensuring indirect and even heating.
Designed for temperature ranges typically up to 200°C (customizable upon request).
Temperature is regulated via a Digital Temperature Controller working in combination with Thermocouple and SSR (Solid State Relay) for precision control.

Compatible with an external vacuum pump (can be supplied optionally).
Vacuum gauge and control valves are provided on the front panel for easy monitoring and adjustment of vacuum levels.
